Is there a lock-in contract?+
No. All memberships have a 4-week minimum and cancel-anytime after that. Pause anytime for travel, injury or life.
Do I need experience to start?+
No. Most of our members started here. Beginners are the rule, not the exception. We scale every class to the person, not the other way around.
What if I miss classes for a few weeks?+
You can pause your membership for up to 4 weeks per year, no charge. Beyond that, talk to us — we’ll work it out.
Can I freeze my membership for travel or injury?+
Yes. Just give us 48 hours notice. Members on holds keep their join date and pricing.
Do you offer corporate / team rates?+
Yes — for groups of 5+ we discount. Email us at the address in the footer.
Are there any hidden fees?+
None. No joining fee, no admin fee, no exit fee. The price you see is the price you pay.
